FILTRON
offers the most complete range of centrifugal filtering, clarifying,
purifying or decanting machines. The range of machines offered
are :
BASKET PERFORATED / SOLID
FILTRON offers basket centrifuges models in standard sizes
of 300,600,900,1000,1250,1500 mm sizes. These can be broadly
classified into batch Filtration machines which are with perforated
baskets& Batch Decantation machines which are with solid
baskets type. Models in Manual Top Discharge, Top Discharge
Bag lifting & Bottom discharge are available both in Standard
and GMP execution.
BOWL CENTRIFUGE
FILTRON offers Disc Bowl Centrifuges which are vertical
axis centrifugal machines and can be used for both clarification
and purification. Disc bow Centrifuges can be classified into
Manual Cleaning (Manual Residue Discharge) Self Cleaning (Automatic
sliding bowl residue discharge) Nozzle Discharge (automatic
nozzle discharge) All these centrifuges are used when the
solid concentration are typically low.
PEELER CENTRIFUGE
FILTRON offers the RINA automatic peeler centrifuges
which have a horizontal axis and are equipped with scrapping
knife for emptying out solids ata high speed of rotation
from the basket. These machines are built both in filtering
& decanting versions and incorporate either gravity trough
unloading duct hopper or screw conveyer unloading. GMP machines
can be supplies. Sizes available are from 0/05 m3/hr. to 0.55
m3.hr.& can be used for 5-60% v/v cake concentration.
DECANTER
FILTRON offers both co-current as well as counter current
horizontal axis decanters. These are scroll type continuous
machines, with solid contents ranging form 3-65%v/v &
can be replace a batch operated filter press several times
larger. These are suitable for sticky, mucilous non-porous
feed suspensions also.
SUPER CENTRIFUGE
FILTRON offers RINA super-centrifuges which are vertical
axis machines rotating at a very high speed of 13000-16000
rpm. Both clarifiers & purifiers are available in the
solid casing and hinges casing variants. Special models for
soft or viscous products with sliding outlets and also models
for laboratories can be supplies. Cleaning table and trolleys
for the same can also be provided. |
