which reduce the size of the fat globules
SEPARATION
Automatic self cleaning cream separators, standardizer and
clarifier are essential operation during the processing of
raw milk, whey, soft cheese, quark, casein, butter. Other
dairy products and process know-how upstream and downstream
of the separation stage can be provided
